Its ruining my sex life, my bf has to use that cream all the time as i give it back to him so there is no faletio anymore. And we cant make love because of the cuts around my vagina and it burns after inside. Help??

First, you need to stop having sex. Oral, vaginal or anal. You and your boyfriend are probably swapping it back and forth, especially since he may not have symptoms (jock itch is the same as thrush and so is a vaginal yeast infection). And, if you have cuts around your vagina you are really prone to any type of infection, and so is he.

Second, you need to go to the doctor together and tell him or her what's going on. You both might need to go on an oral presciption medication to take care of the infection. Or, you may also need to have some other testing done to make sure it's thrush in the first place (and rule out other infections) and also to make sure that the type of thrush you have is responsive to the treatment prescribed.

Also, keep in mind that thrush is a symptom of a weakened immune system in adults. So, your doctor may want to run some other tests to find out the cause.
