You cannot get it without a prescription, unless you do it illegally. I took it for one month (under doctors supervision). I did lose 26 lbs. in that month, but I also had to force myself to eat because I had no appetite whatsoever. I also suffered from severe insomnia. So unless you are seriously obese, I would not recommend this product to you. And if you can't get a doctor to prescribe it to you, chances are you don't need it.
