If you are a Day 1 starter, throw out the current pack and start a new one. Use a backup method of birth control for 7 days.

If you are a Sunday starter, take one pill each day until Sunday. Then throw out the current pack and start a new one. Use a backup method of birth control for 7 days.

If you finished the pack on 3/14 and just haven't started a new one yet, start a new pack today and use a backup method of birth control for at least 7 days.
