I wanna know how to keep them the size they are if i gain a lil weight what exercises could i do to keep them small, for future reference cause im the size i wanna be but i jus wanna maintain this size and be healthy.

Answer:

If you had a reduction at an age before your body was done growing your breasts could still grow. They could grow larger with pregnancy and they could grow larger with weight gain.

Just make sure you eat healthy and work out and not gain weight (though I think it would take some heavy weight gain before it affects your breast size).
