Is it safe to continue unprotected sex on your placebo week of pills, When you are supposed to be getting your period? My pills stopped on saturday and I had unprotected sex yesterday morning. He ejaculated in me. I never thought it was a problem but for some reason now I am feeling paranoid. i just want reassurance.

I figure I should be ok because no egg was ever released b/c of the pills so even though the hormones are leavign my system there is no chance. Am i off?

You should be fine because the pill prevents ovulation. Of course, it's not 100% effective, so there is always a small chance. But the pill instructions do not tell you to use a backup during the placebo week, only when you miss a certain number of active pills.
