I personally don't think that a 65-year-old woman should have a baby just because science can make it so. There are cases however where premature menopause has made life a living hell for women trying to conceive.

I think that there should be certain caveats to infertility assistance, such as "Is the mother going to be able to (barring unforeseen circumstances such as catastrophic loss) raise that child to adulthood?" If the answer is yes then by all means that woman should be allowed to conceive.
