current caloric intake = same as caloric expenditure

You can expect to burn around 600 cal/hr.

600 * 5 hrs/week = 3000 cal/week

3000 cal * 4 weeks/month = 12000 cal/month

12000 cal / 3500 cal/lb of fat = about 3.4 lbs of fat.

Of course that is based on ideal conditions, no change in diet, the assumptions, etc.
