Well I think I been having poor ciruculation in my right feet and lower leg for the past two months and before I didn't think anything of it I never questioned if it was poor circulation and I thought it was nothing and it would go away I had very few cramps on my feet like 3 times. When I looked at my feet and leg nothing looked out of the ordinary. Now my feet and leg feels alittle better, it feels like the poor circulation is healing so I was thinking if the poor circulation keeps on I will go see a doctor. I'm 18 and I'm wondering if it has something to do with my age. I mentioned that the circulation in my feet and leg is getting better. Do you think it's anything serious? Do I need to exercise? Thanks! Answer:I also have fairly poor circulation, but mine comes in the form of very cold hands and feet. The best remedy for the cramps, however, is to drink more liquids, especially water. The cramps are a reaction to lack of liquid. A good way to increase circulation is just to stretch. While you are watching TV do some leg stretches like the butterfly and toe touches. Doing that over an extended period of time will get more blood flowing in your extremities and you will become more flexlible too! Hope that helps! |
