I know it's a pint or so. But how much blood is circulating through your body normally?

Answer:

The average adult male carries approximately 4.5 litres (one gallon) of blood in the system. For females it is slightly less because of size. (Approx. 4 litres.)

This would be an average of 4250 cc of blood. You usually donate about 275 to 300cc of blood. This is about 6% if my math is right. Definitely less than 10 %.
