One of my other favorites for a cold is Essiac Tea. If you buy the capsul form it's called "E Tea" or something like that. It is sold most anywhere there are herbs sold. You just open up the capsuls into a mug of hot water and stir to make a delicious and theraputic tea for a cold. I can literally feel the essiac working on my head cold as I drink it.

Taking Garlic capsules regularly will boost your immune system, and can help you feel better faster.

For ear aches my mom always opened up a capsul of Bifidophilus into the side of our mouth where the ear ache was. An elderly herbalist lady told my mom to do this, and while I don't compeltely understand how.....it really did work most of the time. Homeopathic Treatment(s) for Influenza/Cold :-
