Yarrow, Roman Chamomile, Lavender, Juniper, Birch, Black Pepper, Rosemary, Sage Dalmation, Clary Sage, Tarragon, Ambrette, Tangerine, and Cypress. These are anti-spasmodic and can be used as well; Eucalyptus Citriodora, WIntergreen, Thyme linalool, Basil, Lavender spike, Ravensare. These can all be used in massage with most any base oil or in a bath. Muscle cramps are usually caused by imbalances in your electrolytes, those minerals that regulate your heart and muscles. Essential oils are toxic and can be deadly if not heavily diluted to a non-toxic concentration.
