I know this is too far for you, but my advice would be ; get professional advice many hospitals have specialities that they are known for, and have the experienced staff for a particular condition. Maybe the first obvious choice may not be the best, there may be somewhere that specialises in the particular condition you are affected by none Children's Hospital is everywhere, and is wonderful.
