Flushing your system though, not possible in 24 hours. There is no best way. Lots of water and vigorous exercise to make the lungs work hard. Your body will work at it's own pace. I suspect that your not going to be able to exercise a lot with smoke coating your lungs. So I'd say that your chances of cleansing in one day are not good. Giardia.
