Answer:
The herb Pycnogenol cured my chronic fatigue. 300 mg/day until symptoms relieved, then back off to whatever works best for you. I have been taking 50/day for the past 12 years. I'm still fine. From the CDC: http://www.cdc.gov/cfs/ I had to look this up on the internet. Never heard of it, sorry! Everything I read was a bit on the heavy medical-terms side, but if I understand it right, it LOOKS like something wrong with the chemicals in your body. I would suggest that you do DAILY aerobics to get the metabolism up higher. A simple and effective one is Jumping Jacks. Do 2-3 to start. Pause, rest, then do 1-3 more, etc. Goal is to do 100 per day. I do mine in intervals of 10-40, depending upon how I feel that day. Sometimes I do 1/2 in the morning, 1/2 at night. Other days I feel GREAT and I have done 200 total for the entire day!! Hope this helps. Give it a week to see if there is any difference. Light therapy can help. You purchase a special ultraviolet light and expose your face (not your eyes) for several minutes each day If you don't want to take any drugs, you can try a clay treatment (three weeks, three times per day). It contains many minerals (it's natural) and it'll boost your energy up and you will feel much better. Also, it will absorb and eliminate the toxins from your body. Your health will improve in general. You can find a good quantity for a good price at www.clayforlife.com I had chronic fatigue syndrome. It turned out that the reason why *I* had it, was because I had nutrient deficiencies of B vitamins, healthy cholesterol, & more due to a food allergy that prevented me from absorbing the nutrients from my food. |
