You could be describing one of thousands of medications - if you do not know what it is - either take it to a pharmacist and tell him which medicines it might be (the ones you have been perscribed in the last year) and he might be able to tell you.

But if it was perscribed to someone else or it is over a year old - THROW IT OUT!!!! Better safe than Sorry! It is most likely Acetaminophen; Hydrocodone Tablet (325 mg;5 mg)
