  Answer:

My husband is an alternative medicine doctor, and he often suggests patients try Valerian Root. This herb is wonderful, and can be purchased nearly anywhere in capsule form.(don't pay high health food store prices if you don't have to!) The one thing I can say about Valerian is that if your at the end of a busy day it may make you a bit drowsy. Other herbs that are great for reducing stress, thus making it easier to relax is Black Cohosh, Passion Flower, or even St. Johns Wort (wich is often suggested for menopausal women, and if it can tame that savage beast there's hope for the rest of us.) My best opinion is that all people are different and you should maybe try a few and see which works best for you. As for "weed", getting arrested may add to your inability to relax, I'd try the legal stuff! Lavender. You know everyone is gonna say weed marijuanna Chamomile, or the sent of lavender. valerian

LOL Chamomile and Lavendar are some major ones. If you want to relax and focus, get a chamomile and rose tea. It's most definitely a good idea to try some chamomile and lavendar. Both are available in tea form, lotion form, and all sorts of things. I find that blow jobs are relaxing. (Especially when there are middle eastern incense stick burning in the background) thatea, no caffeine, and usually includes the herb chamomile. But there are teas made specifically for relaxing that you can buy Valerian is good. A "natural Valium" that produces a relaxing effecton thebody and is often used to treat anxiety, muscle tension and insomnia.
