i have been having sweaty palms since i was young and it's really a problem.what can i do?

Stop masturbating i got the same problem w/ u.i also ask that here.someone said,soak your hands in a warm water w/ salt for about 10 min.the other one is soak it w/ warm water w/ bleach.havent tried both thats why im not really sure if it will work for me. is it from nerves?

I don't think i would bleach my hands, that would make them peel.

it sound like anxity to me. i have it 2.....i jus always try 2 keep myself cool... Sweaty hands can be embarrassing, and sweaty feet can lead to foot odor and increase the risk of athlete's foot.

One dermatologist we consulted offered the following home remedy: Boil five tea bags in a quart of water for five minutes. When the solution cools, soak your hands or feet for twenty to thirty minutes nightly.

Tea contains tannic acid, which is also found in commercial products such as Ivy Dry, Zilactol, and Zilactin. The astringent properties of tannic acid are thought to be partly responsible for its antiperspirant action. The same as for sweaty armpits and soles of feet. Wash hands. Spray a bit of liquid antiperspirant on the palms.

I dont recommend you use this every day - just when you are going out, or the sweat will be a big problem.

Some people have a major problem with this and no home remedies like this will work. I remember seeing on TV there is a procedure or drug they have now that will help these people. Essential oil of cypress is said to help this condition. If you can find the pure essential oil, dilute it in a carrier oil, like almond oil or even olive oil. Any nut or seed oil will do. Just make small amounts as it can spoil quickly. Use 3% of essential oil. You can add it to any store bought lotions or creams if preferred. I have had one or two friends get rid of the problem via a detox.. would you consider a detox to do the same?
