  Answer:

Anybody that says that ginko has any health benefits is full of biloba Tea I find is the best and most palatable way to take it Hi, I worked in a health shop for 6 years, so I hope this helps,

Ginkgo biloba prevents circulatory diseases, support brain and central nervous system, increases circulation to the brain and other parts of the body (so good for memory and cold hands and feet). But well known mostly for memory and thinking (cognitive function),

The best form to take are capsules or liquid extract eg bioforce brand(tablets are harder to absorb and tea contains very little if non of the extract which is the most important, the liquid is the herb preserved in alcohol, which is great). Also take a standardised form, which means they have extracted the most potent and best form.

There are lots of different brands so you have a great choice but with vitamins, minerals and herbal medicine you pay for what you get, the expensive ones do tend to be better in my option.

And also check with your GP before you take any medication, even if it is herbal as there can be implications. Ginko Biloba increases blood flow to the extremeties, so it helps improve memory, & is also good for guys with Erectile Dysfunction.

Liquid form is always absorbed more rapidly, but capsule is fine, too. The herb improves circulation and benefits many body functions. As far as I know, most of the research has been on memory improvement.
