and also what are the benefits? Answer:ingestion of raw soy is not good for you. The Asians do use a lot of soy; but basicly it is the fermented variety tempura, Miso, and soy sauce. I wrote a blog entry on Yahoo 360 last month about the dangers of soy. I don't know of any side effect unless you over-take it. Then it may cause oily stool. It is supposed to emulsify other fats that you eat - if you take all-blend oil or other oils in larger than usual amounts. Many many many benefits from taking lecithin. Just to name one it is needed by EVERY living cell in the body. No side effects at all!! Use this everyday!!!!!! |
