http://www.thefragrantleaf.com/brewingti... the proper way to brew teas, is to let steep, for 3-7 minutes, then dunk the bag 20 times to activate the tea/herbs.

do not add anything to the tea while it is steeping.

good luck.. i like tea too. the best way to get the full tea is no bag. just put it in your pot no heat and just leave it for mints that the best you can find all tripes of tea on the web with out bags.
