I would like a natural cure for air presure differance, I get air presure driving around town. I find it hard to go on trips because of the pain with the air presure. Answer:Take a deep breath in and then close your mouth and nose shut (you can pinch your nose with your fingers) and try to exhale. You will find your ears popping and trying to swell, and you will see that the pressure difference and the pain goes off. Most people say that chewing gum helps. In your throat are a couple of openings to the eustation tubes that equalize the air pressue between the middle ear and the outer ear. Working the jaw muscles can temporarily open the end of the tubes to allow the pressure to equalize. I am guessing that your town has a lot of hills. |
