Sure is safe. I can't praise it highly enough. I've been using the tablets for about 9 months and my energy levels, digestion and mental attitude haven't been this good in a long time!! It's full of iron and protein in a very assimilable form. You can also get the powder, but be warned, it doesn't smell real good, so if you get powder hold your nose while you drink it. I recommend the Hawaiin Pacifica brand, apparently that is the best quality to buy. Spirulina is a blue green algae (a sea vegetable) and is very effective if taken on a regular basis. You must start taking it in small doses though. ie: tablets - start with one a day and increase on a weekly basis until you feel properly energised. Powder - Start with half a level teaspoon and mix with juice or water, gradually increase on a weekly basis until you feel properly energised. If you take too much at the outset, you'll know about it !! Because it has a detoxifying action, cleanses the system, you don't want any of those nasties coming out too quickly and giving you bloating or headachese etc. ............. :0) PEACE ............ :0) Spirilina is 1000% safe. Its a threat to your health if you dont eat it! |
