I have been taking them for 4 days, I was curious what differences I will notice when and if they are working for me? Any info you have would be great- thanks!

Answer:

Whatever symptoms of hypothyroid you had might start to lift-- lack of energy, feeling cold, etc. Seaweed contains iodine. One drop of iodine on skin a day helped me but stop prossessed food and rely on daily table salt. Cooked oatmeal, potatoes or rice with a vegatable. Hard boiled egg and raw carrot every day. 2 months you should feel better. If you have hypothyroidism, you really need to be on thyroid hormone. If you want something natural try either Armour or Naturethroid.

As far as supplements, stay away from herbals. They can make you become hyper. However, supplements like selenium, zinc, and l-tryosine can help with the conversion of T4 into T3.

About iodine, do no take unless you know you are iodine deficient. Taking iodine if you don't need it could make you become hyper quickly and if you have Hashi's you need to have the antibodies lowered before starting iodine.

Thyroid sites below Hypothyroidism is a condition under which production of thyroid hormone is far less than usual.
