I use homeopathic allergy drops under my tongue. I get them from my Naturopath but they sell them at some health food store and on-line. I never have to take the high dose they print on the bottle so you might want to try less drops to start with.

DENS : - ) well, not sure how natural it is, but these new self dissolving Alavert are great! I've been so saved by them these past couple of weeks! The fruit ones taste better than the mint. They dissolve on your tongue and they work super fast.

I got in the shower and the steam helped and I would get in a hot bath with Vicks vapour rub on my chest and let the water hit it and breath it in along with lavender oil,

When it was really bad I would catch hot water in my hand and stiff into each nostril and sniff it back and spit it out - sounds gross but the warm water would travel to my sinuses and clear them and soothe them!

There are things you can buy from health food shop which do a similar thing to that (but all professionally- but it does the same as sucking the water up your nose) I am a great believer in alternative and natural healing. I have suffered from sinus for more than 20 years. Tried alot of pills, and other medications, nothing works for a long time.
