TRY TO FIND A WAY TO HELP YOUR FRIEND IF THE ACS CANNOT HELP YOU. CLINICS OR EVEN ST JUDES CAN DIRECT YOU. DONT GIVE UP. Tell your friend to get a cheese grater and start scraping away at the cancer. Thats the best treatment they will get in America without any money. Whether the ACS can help you or not, maybe you'd want to consider this as well:

May God bless your friend. There is a clinic in Tijuana Mexico called the Biomedical clinic. This clinic specializes in all kinds of cancer. Look it up. The cost is low, but you have to make the trip down there. The methods are natural and there is an 80% cure rate, that is much higher than here in the US for the top dollar. This method was actually banned from the US almost fifty years ago because it would not be handed over to the FDA. The remedy was discovered by quakers in the early 1900's. It was so effective that the FDA wanted to get a hold of it, but Harry Hoxey would not give up the recipe unless the FDA promised to treat everyone, even the poor, and the remedy had to be named after his grandfather. After many court battles the remedies were banned and there is one clinic still running in Mexico. Best of luck. Your friend should seek social service assistance as soon as possible if the cancer diagnosis is confirmed. Skin cancer can be fatal! The doctor or hospital that provided the diagnosis should have all the social service information readily available.
