My posture is terrible and I want to wear something under my clothes so that I can keep my back straight. Any recommended supports for men?

Answer:

I would be fitted with a brace from your Doctor. An off the shelf brace might make things worse not better.

After my back surgery, my Orthopedic Doctor recommended-fitted me with a brace and it works great when I wear it, lol.
