I didn't do anything to it. I woke up the other day and it hurt really bad to walk. It is like the muscle on my big toe. I dont know what happened to it but I need to heal it before Tuesday so .. |

I dont know what happened to it but I need to heal it before Tuesday so I can do track and it is Saturday? What do I do? Answer:It's possible to strain a muscle, tendon, or ligament and not realize it until later. Sometimes it can even happen when sleeping. I'm not a doctor or athletic trainer, but I would try not to "re-injure" or irritate it today or tomorrow. You could try a cold compress (a bag of frozen peas or corn can work, or put some ice in a ziplock bag and wrap with a towel). If it's still bothering you on Monday, talk to a coach and/or trainer before practice. |
