I was in a car accident on last sunday. On Wednesday i started to feel pain in my foot. Today, saturday i went to urgent care and they said that i had a sprained ankle. I was hit on the drivers side and i was driving. I have whiplash and have to go to physical therapy anyway. Can anyone figure out how i got a sprained ankle in a car crash? I was thrown to the right in the crash.

Did you slam the breaks on really hard. If you did that you could have jammed youre ancle which would cause you to sprain it
