I usually do about 4 workouts per day for each group (shoulders, chest, back....) Usually 10 reps and 3 sets each, question is whats the proper time for rest inbetween I guess I usually wait around.. |

Usually 10 reps and 3 sets each, question is whats the proper time for rest inbetween I guess I usually wait around a minute... and does working out faster or slower make a difference. I assume working out faster might get you more cut? Answer:Longer rest will let you lift heavier weight but one minute or less rest will tend to work your cardiovascular system more and will help with your endurance. Try cycling your rest period to get the benefits of both. |
