Will I lose the little weight I have if I'm doing these things?:? For clarification, what I'm trying to lose is a little bit of fat in my legs, thighs, and stomach. I used to eat a LOT, and a lot of junk food, too, but I've cut off the junk food. I only eat when I'm hungry, and even when I'm hungry I wait a little before eating. Here are the times I normally eat and around what I noramally eat: I wake up and have breakfast, which is usually 1 bowl of cerial (like mini-wheats, cheerios, something like that) For lunch (around 10:30 - 11 AM because that's the lunch time at my school) I'll have a sandwich or salad or something healthy like that as the main part, along with fruit and veggies. I MUST eat a snack after school (i'll starve to death if I don't), which is normally another bowl of cerial or something else healthy. Answer:Maybe, but I can tell you that that Olive Garden stuff and the snack before bed are killers to losing weight, so, if you like the Italian food, eat it earlier, and be VERY CHOOSY on what you have as a snack "at bedtime" since that substance just stays on you. I used to be a VERY AVID bicycle racer and long distance rider and so became very aware of foods and nutrition, etc., and so I'm pretty sure of where I speak. The dancing stuff you do may be of some good, but, I just don't know anything about the "dance, dance revolution" so, you'll just have to figure that stuff out yourself. Try soy milk instead of any dairy milk. Keeps the fat to a minimum. And think of it for your cereal in the morning as well as at night. Cheerios is NOT high fiber, so dump it for a more intense fiber cereal. Post Raisin Bran is a good "run of the mill" commercial cereal if you want to try it. Better raisins than Kellogg's raisin bran. Good on the water consumption. You don't have to starve yourself to be effective. Just eat with some forethought and planning, and with moderation, and you'll do fine. God Bless you. |
