I'm going to start my diet and exercise next month on the first. But for know, I've been eating healthy and drinking lots more water. And I need help with something, Next month, I'm going to eat healthy but I cannot decide the following. 1)Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast with Steamed Vegetables and maybe Whole Grain Rice. 2)Salad~Romaine Lettuce, Chicken Breast Strips, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, Baby Carrots, Sliced Cucumber w/ Oilve Oil for Dressing or Light Ranch. I'm going to eat both meals everyday but which one should I have for Lunch and which one should I have for Dinner? You decide. My Breakfast is Oatmeal w/ Apple Slices and Yogurt. So which one should I make my heaviest meal or whatever and why? Answer:There is an old addage that goes something like: "Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper". Basically eat the larger meals earlier in the day to give your body the chance to digest the food properly and use up the energy during the day. If you ate the largest meal at night as many families do, the result will be to end up storing part of the evening meal as fat. Good luck. |
