i need a way to lose weight by the end of march..i starded fev 21st but i dont know if im going the stuff right..can some1 help with what to eat,how long to excersise and how mant calories i need a day..and also..if your anorexic and you lose your weight..will your skin be all saggy or fit your body,,P.S i lost 5 pounds so far..and if youve been on a diet what did you do..? Answer:A good diet is the GI Diet (book available at Amazon). Exercise every day, for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes skin will tighten up, but if you are heavily overweight or past 40 the chances of it tightening up completely are very small. |
