Stay away from junk food, fast foods, candies and sodas. 鈥atch your calorie intake. If you have to, keep a journal of what/when you eat. That way you can look back and make adjustments to your meals, if you need to. 鈥rink water! Even when you feel like you can drink anymore, drink up!!! 鈥et active!! Join a gym, do your workout videos, go for a walk, run up and down your steps, ride your bike--anything! Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week! Good luck!鈽? |
