I really want to lose some weight, and I don't have the time because I still go to school and I'm also working.

There is always time for working out.

Walk to school and walk to work. Take stairs instead of lifts.

Wake up half hour earlier each day and go for a brisk walk or do a 30 min dvd. Since you are still at school you would only be a casual worker, so if you can, cut down your hours to enable you to work out for an extra half hour each night.

If you spend the weekends with friends, go and do something active together - indoor rockclimbing, go karts, iceskating, a hike, a game of basketball or footy.
