So, you once upon a time skinnys let me know what to eat, and what to supplement. I would really like to see some gains for my efforts. Answer:You don't need any supplements. I'm an 18 year old girl, 5' 7", I used to weigh 110 pounds. For track, I gained 20 pounds by eating about 3000 cals a day (lots of protein), serious weight training every day, and cardio twice a week. You'll still be lean, but muscular. Which is pretty hot. |
