I'm doing Track for my Schools Team and I'm thinking of doing 100m or 200m or 1600m what should i do to prepare for the season?

You will laugh but Yoga is great for everything. If you are not really into it get that DVD Yoga for Dummies. It shows basic moves. Ok, ok, don't believe me. But Yoga is great!
