I have extreme darkness around my eyes. I feel ashamed for it... please help...

unless it is caused by an illness, it cant be cured. work it into your style. Goth is very big. you could see an acupuncturist. There are three main reasons for dark circles: dehydration, lack of sleep and lack of vitamin K. If you drink enough fluids, rest well and get enough vitamin K daily, your dark circles should disappear. Vitamin K can be found in most greens, eggs, cheeses, among others. If this doesn't work, see your dermatologist. Good luck! Sleep atleast 4 8hrs.,drink lots of water,put wet cotton balls n ur eyes 4 15mins anytime u r free,this gives rest to d eyes,try to use specs infront of ur pc,put grated potatoes/cucumber make a paste n apply under ur eyes keek 10 mins n wash it.soon u will notice d change.D cream u get n d shops doesnt work that much. drink lot of water daily,get 8hours sleep without fail,don't take unnecessary tensions ..do yoga and eye exercise daily.follow "early to bed early to rise".everything will become fine.all d best. pl.use HYDRODERM which reduce puffiness.and swelling ,fades dark circles and smothes fine line.for free sample contact <partners@lifescript.com> I don't think they can be cured totally - there's the bad news.

The good news is, there are any number of products on the market to reduce or cover the dark circles you have.

You can find some good information and products to treat dark circles at www.dermadoctor.com. Just go to the search field that says "search by condition", and click on dark circles. Now, their products are a bit pricey for some, so if that's too much for your budget, try the Murad eyecare (available at this same website), or find an Avon representative. Avon was among the first to come out with eye creams to treat dark circles, and their products are more reasonably priced. Don't expect miracles from anything, pricey or not....but you should experience improvement.
