Well i started having pimples a couple of years ago and since then my situation has continued to worsen. I've tried proactiv, acne free, and other over the counter acne treatments. I've even went to a dermatologist and got a prescription treatment but that doesnt seem to work either. I also tried toothpaste for a couple of days but it didnt seem to make any differnces at all. My pimples just never seem to go away and I cant stop new ones from forming. Can anyone help? Answer:try clearsil, it worked for me well i use proactive and it works really well. i would try that again and use it a least twice a day. if you sweat or put makeup on do it three times a day. also wash you hands more that you usually do. i wash my hands right before i go to bed cause i found out that i touch my face alot at night and the bacteria on my hands rubs off on my face what ya need to do is take care f your skin wash your face and DONT have a lot of keput ot choc. make sure you avoid any oily foods..... and wash your face whenever you can... not sure whatelse you can do..... here's what I find out about it.... 14 Ways to Get Rid of Acne Whether you're a teen or an adult with acne, you don't have to simply put up with it. Here are 14 ways to get rid of acne. 1. Don't pick, press, rub, or otherwise manipulate your pimples. If you do, you risk spreading the bacteria and increasing the chances of scarring. 2. Use an over-the-counter product containing benzoyl peroxide once or twice a day. It helps break up the plug of dead skin cells, bacteria, and oil that clogs the pore and forms an acne blemish. And it cuts down on the bacteria, too. Start with the lowest concentration, and work your way up. |
