It could be a host of things, none of which you should be trying to fix at home. "Spitting up blood" could be anything from just irritation to a potentially fatal source of bleeding like ulcers or esophageal varices. You might have an infection, stones in the gallbladder or even a cancer. There is no reason to play "name that disease/"

You already know that you need to see a doctor and on a rather urgent basis.
