I am running a marathon in June for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. However, I need to raise $2400 dollars and have no where near that amount raised. Answer:why not ask people on here to help. post a question asking people to help. see what happens... good luck Make some purple ribbons, and set up a table at your local grocery store, have posters promoting the marathon, give the ribbons away for anyone that makes a donation.. A girl in my area did that and raised about 2000 in 2 weekends enlist the help of your friends to. Also see if you can get some local business's to sponsor you in the marathon Thank you for participating I am currently fighting Non Hodgkins Lymphoma sell some brownies and banana nut bread. Get the kids in the neighborhood to do a fundraising Car Wash, you can actually raise alot of money this way and have fun at the same time!! :) |
