My husband was checked for several things, including brain tumor, migraine, multiple sclerosis, and Meniere's Disease.

Unfortunately, Meniere's disease is one of exclusion, meaning that all other causes must first be ruled out.If you have not already had a baseline hearing test done, please ask your physician about it. This helps him/her determine if you are experiencing hearing loss, which is another inidicator of Meniere's disease.

Know that tinnitus and vertigo are a symptom of many, many things and diagnosis can take quite a long time. Be patient! Good luck! Meniere's disease.....check the web i have been tested for the last 8 months and the diagnosis has been changed 3 times
