My palms are always sweaty, why? My dad's are always dry as a bone and my mom always needs lotion too, and everyone else i know has dry hands, mine are always wet and slimy, and its really embarrassing. (im 16) how can i fix this?

There is a medical condition that causes this. Don't remember what it is called but there are medications that are prescribed for it.

Ask you're doctor. It's a medical condition, Hyperhydrois. There is no known cause. My nephew had the same problem. He was prescribed a cream medication and the condition is now not as bad. Thanks. some people have a condition called hyperhidrosis, which is where your palms are always sweaty and have literal beads of sweat dripping off of them. only a rare percentage of people do not inherit hyperhidrosis from their family's genetics, which seems to be your case. there is surgery that can be preformed to correct hyperhidrosis, called thoroscopic surgery. my cousin had sweaty hands all the time and so she went to the doctor and he gave she something for it and i worked. hope i answered your question
