the hair from my hairy bu**cheeks is making me itch.Plus when i stand up from sitting down it leaves a sweat mark that goes across vertically in the middle of my pants.When i try to walk it feels squishy and i get redness from it.Sometimes when i touch it,it feels so sore & has many many small bumps.My friend examine it and told me, some of the bumps has liquid in it.What should i do?Should i squeeze the liquid out?It sometimes smells very bad too,my friend says its almost like being in a fish market.Help me?

I know it may be very embarrassing to have to see a doctor but it is very necessary. It could be a minor irritation or an infection. When you see a doctor it is better to be safe than sorry. Be prepared for uncomfortable questions about your sexual history. And be honest with the doc. Something that you think is insignificant may be the key. Remember there is doc patient confidentiality so he/she won't think twice about it when your gone. Put in the back of your mind that they've seen worse to make your visit easier.
