You need to see a good dermatologist, who will prescribe you acne cream (usually Differin, which is not cheap, but it's very good) and antibiotics.

My son used to have horrible acne, and the antibiotics and Differin cleaned it up in less than a year.

If that doesn't work, the dermatologist has other treatments, such as ultraviolet light, etc, that will.

But quit abusing your skin and scrubbing it and all that. It's just too much. Trust me.

And then change that attitude. Girls can look past acne but they don't like someone who feels sorry for himself. everyone gets pimples, everyone..if not now, then at some point in your life..you just don't realize it isn't something to be embarrassed about till much older...it's not a big deal, I'm sure you've got a lot of great things going on about you that would attract someone. I'm sure a lot of girls wouldn't even care.

Actually guys are more shallow about looks than women .

Although everyone wants to spend time with a looker, girls are more person oriented and personality will win over. One of my stock boys had really bad acne and he had the cutest girlfriend in town.

Guys all chase the hotties and the hootchies and get mean calling other girls dogs but that is mostly male behavior . . . many guys are mentally shallow and devoid of ethics. Most girls have a soul , only a few are the sorority type hoochie . . .
