Healthy diet... including a good amount of fruit and veges Good exercise regieme Good cleasing product and routine... cleanse, toner & moisturise twice a day Exfoliate once or twice a week I use clinique, it's very good, but you can get cheaper products that are effective If problem still persists after a few months of this then talk to your family doctor, there is medication that can be prescribed that can help serious cases. Well the only thing I can really tell you is to drink plenty of water. People say that toothpaste works but I have tried it and it isn't as good. I guess it depends on your skin type because many people told me to use proactive and it made it worse. It completely dried out my skin and it gave me even more pimples. I have been trying everything out there from toothpaste to honey and nothing has worked for me. I really don't think there is a quick and reliable way but this is what I do; when I have a really big pimple I use Clean and Clear Advantage Spot Treatment, it works overnight and it is great. Then when I wake up in the morning I put ice on it to make it less noticeable. I reallly don't recomend toothpaste I have tried and it doesn't work. I really hope this helps and good luck! |
