i had german measles when i was 10 im now 24

my son has had all is imunisations but me and him have had contact with a girl at his school who's sister has them

can i still get them and pass it onto my baby im 24 weeks pregnant

I shouldn't think it would be possible as both you and your son have been immunised and the girl you were both in contact with did not apparently show any signs of it but to be on the safe side I would get to your Doctor as soon as possible just to be on the safe side to protect your unborn baby as there are some very bad effects from german measles which I am sure you know about and if you have to undergo the effects of an injection once again to protect your baby it is well worth it.
