They started to hurt a couple of hours ago... well, actually only the left one. I can see allright with m y glasses on but it's bothering me because it hurts when I close the eyelid..what could have happened? should I just switch back to glasses? how can I get it to stop hurting??? Oh another question XD... do ya think girls with glasses and braces look awful? that's the reason I switched to contacts anyway [I was getting my braces on] but they're not easy to handle... Answer:they are probably just dry or you have a fine hair or something in there. if you just started wearing contacts give it a couple of weeks to get used to. when mine start to feel dry i just take them out and rinse them in sterile saline solution and they are as good as new. also closely inspect them for tears or damage. as far as the best solution on earth for night time (dont sleep in them ever) is Clear Care. It has a special case that comes with it and its a little more expensive than the rest, but it cleans your lenses VERY well and keeps them moist throughout the day better. be sure to read all of the directions because you cant put the solution directly in your eyes. it has to neutralize overnight in the special case. good luck. as far as the braces go, most guys that i know think they are sexy and be glad your parents care about what you will look like when you get older. Under Your Eye Lid You Have To Build Up A Callous! This Is Why You Have Pain Or Dryness Or Both! Call Your Doctor About This! It could be a number of things. A stye developing, a tear in your lens, something underneath your lense, a scratch on your eye. If it doesn't start to feel better in a day I would get it looked at a corneal abrasion can get bad quickly! |
