please recommend the best eyedrops for sore eyes, i mean they are somewhat itchy and puffy in th mornings but it is more of a soreness. thank you -

Go see your doc. Might be pink eye or infection. Also don't use visine (sp) all that does is constricts the blood vessels in your eyes. If you want to try something over the counter try systane, or something like it. It can be found around the contact lens supplies. It is for dry eye but if your eyes are sore this could also be caused by mild to moderate dry eye. If it doesn't get any better in the next day or so try to go see your eye doc Monday!

Visine is for my coontact, Meijer brand actually works just as good even better. Try Visine for Allergies anyway---even if you're not sure if it's allergies or not, it cant hurt and will definitely help.

How long have they been sore? It might be something more than just itchy-scratchy, now that I think about it---if it's lasted longer than a week, I'd say that you MIGHT have "pink-eye" (conjunctivitis) and you really need to go see a doctor. allergies do effect your eyes and make them itchy, just go to your pharmacy and ask for a moistureising eye drop > I use Refresh Plus, but I am in Australia. You probably need to go to your doctor you might have conjunctivitis (pink eye) and it is very contagious. You may need antibiotic eye drops.
