I was having bad problems; lost home and car. Company knew I was an alcoholic but with all my problems going on I had started using drugs. Some doctor prescribed. My boss knew I wanted help but company was shorthanded and my insurance was changing the first of the year. I had a car wreck and was out a few days. When I came back they said they had a company drug test call. I told my boss that I couldn't pass it. Assumed I would be fired. He called his boss and never really told me anything different. I started packing, (I had been there almost 10 years, current company allmost 7 so I had lots of stuff. He helped me load it up in the rain. Told him I would come back and get rest because it was raining but he continued to put stuff in the truck. He called me later that day to see how I wanted it listed, terminated or quit. I told him I didn't quit. There are a lot of other things too. Sexual harrassment and dealing with different superentendents. Said I quit to unemp. off

Well, since you basically refused to take the drug test they don't HAVE to offer you unemployment. You need to get a handle on your personal problems. If you have not already filed some sort of papers for the harrassment before the "Termination", it will look like you are just making these things up. it seems like you left voluntarily.

Work on getting sober and straight. That is your priority right now. The EEO part of this is that you've had an equal opportunity as anyone else in your situation to figure out how to keep a happy face and you'd didn't pull out of it. You kept having mishap after mishap, which implies that you use your mishaps to get extra attention. If this is so, you shouldn't blame the company, because they can only carry you so long.
