CT guided drainage and hope you don't need a chest tube after. In the mean time hammer away on that IS as much as you can. I didn't have lung cancer but I did have plural effusion. They drained about 2 liters of fluid off my right lung 5 times before they put talc into the lining and it worked. I haven't had any problems in about 7 years. But wow, did that hurt after they removed that fluid and my lung filled back up with air!
